Do you accept returns? We only accept returns on items that have not been made to order e.g t-shirts, bags etc. Items have to be returned in a resalable condition.

What does made to order mean?Made to Order means once you’ve ordered your clothes we make your order.
Taking orders on a made to order basis allows us to avoid wasting fabric and having leftover stock. It also allows us to make pieces in a wider range of sizes.

How are you sustainable? Our clothes are made in our London based studio and we try to use all our leftover fabric to make one off pieces. Our packaging is 75% recyclable we are pushing for 100% environmentally friendly packaging.

Where are my clothes made, and who by?
Your clothes are made in the London based Misemi studio by Missy, owner and founder of Misemi.

Where’s my order?
All our orders are sent with Royal Mail Signed For either 2nd or 1st Class depending on which method you select. Any problems with orders please contact us at info@misemi.co.uk

Size guides are included on each individual product description.

Do you take custom orders?
At the moment we only take custom orders on our up-cycled joggers.

The piece that I want is out of stock?
A majority of our pieces are made in limited quantities. Please email info@misemi.co.uk to see if the garment you want will be restocked.

Why pre-order can I not just have the item now?
As we are an independent brand, doing a pre-orders allows us to see the exact quantity of fabric needed to and avoid fabric wastage and keep costs to a minimum.
